Squad Recruitment proactively approach candidates based on the criteria that belong to each specific vacancy. However, we welcome any potential candidates who contact us.
A candidate does not only have a CV; but also a story, a character and associated behaviors. The combination of these factors are compared against the requirements, needs and culture of our clients.
Based on a number of criteria, we initiate the recruitment process via telephone to determine how suitable you are in relation to our opportunities. We will engage in an interview if your profile matches these criteria.
A meeting will be confirmed following the receipt of a CV and references. References will always be called before furthering the process. If we conclude that your profile is suitable for a currently existing vacancy, we will continue moving forward. However, that is not a guarantee as a final selection of candidates will be made later on in the process.
We will carry out a number of interviews to determine the best candidates to put forward for our clients. Generally, we will provide our clients with 3 to 4 candidates for each particular vacancy.
If you’re not invited to an interview with one particular client, that does not mean we can’t find you a suitable position. Your CV will remain in our database for future opportunities.
